Retirement Success Profile

To help you explore your options for life after 50, pre-retirement, or recent retirement, Janet Christensen is licensed to use a self-assessment tool called the RETIREMENT SUCCESS PROFILE (RSP):

• a scientifically designed, valid and reliable self-assessment of 120 items that has been administered to over 15,000 individuals
• assesses the 15 factors shown to be crucial for a successful transition into life after 50, which may or may not mean retirement for you
• shows how much you have already prepared at this time for each of the 15 factors
• indicates how much you value each of the 15 factors
• provides a 23-page report that discusses your expectations and current readiness for retirement which we utilize to create your custom design for life and transition plan
• can raise your level of retirement readiness by reviewing and acting on your list of strengths and focus factors received as part of the assessment results
• may be taken as early as 15 years before retirement, as well as post-retirement

The RSP provides valuable information which becomes the basis for our initial coaching sessions.
